Corporate Finance Associate

• Salary up to $135,000 per year

• Evaluate and execute potential capital raising transactions, including negotiation and execution of transactions
• Manage engagement with current and potential investors, ensuring تجاوز completion of reporting requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to build financial models that drive key business decisions
• Develop reporting and analyses for Management and Board, particularly for quarterly meetings
• Balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while driving alignment among stakeholders

• 2‑4 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Extensive experience with financial and operating modeling that supports capital raising and M&A transactions
• Undergraduate degree from a top‑tier university
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a high‑autonomy work environment

• Experience working in or covering the healthcare industry
