We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and help us grow and strengthen our finance function. This is a pivotal hands‑on role where you will not only manage day‑to‑day financial operations and compliance but also play a leading role in the strategic development of our financial operations, controls and reporting to support our rapid Series A growth.

• Manage the day‑to‑day financial control framework, ensuring accurate and compliant financial record‑keeping (US/local GAAP) while actively seeking opportunities to strengthen controls
• Oversee financial operations AP/AR, payment approval and cash flow management
• Manage banking operations, payment flows and bank reconciliations
• Communicate and collaborate with external accountants and payroll providers
• Oversee contractor and employee payments across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with Hungarian tax regulations, partnering with external advisers for timely and accurate tax filings
• Support the preparation of financial statements, management information and board/investor reporting
• Support FP&A activities focused on key SaaS metrics, revenue streams and subscriptions
• Drive process optimisation, implementing scalable, automated solutions and strengthening internal controls
• Assist in end‑year closure and audit processes

• Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with proven experience in accounting or finance roles in Hungary; experience in Software/SaaS is an advantage
• Critical thinker who can use strong analytical skills to interpret financial data
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and regulations
• Knowledge of Hungarian tax laws and regulations
• Experience with accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently, own projects and deliver high quality outputs
• Fluent in English
