Reporting to the Director of Capital Markets, this role supports the execution of funding strategies, investor reporting, and liquidity management. The Associate will assist with financial modeling, market analysis, and documentation for debt and equity transactions.
As a Capital Markets Associate, You Will- Support execution of capital markets transactions, including equity and debt issuance as well as public and private securitization activities
- Prepare investor reports, compliance documentation, and assist with investor requests
- Conduct market research and analyze funding opportunities to optimize liquidity
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cash forecasting and reporting
- Prepare presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Physics, Engineering, Math or in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or capital markets (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and basic understanding of debt instruments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
