OverviewOur client, a boutique and growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the Frisco area, is seeking an experienced Senior Client Associate to join their team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting advisors, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch client experience as the firm continues to scale.
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fiduciary environment and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and serving as a trusted operational partner to advisors and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operational functions supporting Wealth Advisors and clients
- Support advisors with client servicing, including opening accounts and sending out paperwork for processing
- Manage client workflows and communications: schedule meetings for clients, follow‑up on materials sent out, prepare agendas, meeting summaries, and follow‑ups
- Prepare and review documentation, obtain signatures, and submit paperwork
- Coordinate with custodians and internal/home office teams
- Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and compliance documentation
- Prepare client‑facing presentation materials and assist with marketing collateral
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support firm growth
- Manage RIA expense management using Quick Books for entries
- 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or an RIA environment
- Experience using Wealthbox CRM system
- Experience using Quick Books
- Experience working in the LPL ecosystem:
Asset Mark experience - Experience supporting financial planning and investment operations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (High EQ)
- High attention to detail with a client‑first, fiduciary mindset
