Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will serve as the senior leader overseeing all finance-related activities. Operating as a key business partner to the Executive Team, this individual will work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial guidance and help align financial and non‑financial metrics with business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration and strategic thinking and has an innate ability to bring strong communication and critical thinking skills to every challenge.

Worksite Location

Minnetonka, Minnesota. The Finance Manager is strongly encouraged to be onsite to maximize americana collaboration and teamwork; however, periodic remote work is available for the right individual. Hybrid 4 days onsite.

Salary Range: $90K to $105K/yr base salary.

Role & Responsibilities

• Acting as a financial business partner to the Executive Team and other key stakeholders.
• Managing all day‑to‑day finance and accounting activities.
• Designing, monitoring, and reporting on business and financial performance metrics.
• Leading financial planning efforts that align with near and long‑term goals.
• Ensuring tax compliance.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and automate financial processes.
• Evaluating new systems that enhance reporting and automation and support business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• A minimum of three (and no more than ten) years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Extensive technical skills and a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
