This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Tax Preparer based in Southington, CT, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing expert tax planning advice. Daily responsibilities also include analyzing and preparing financial statements, reviewing tax compliance documents, and collaborating with the finance team to provide exceptional client service.

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation, Tax Law, and related regulatory requirements
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong understanding of Tax and Finance principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Proficiency in industry‑standard tax and accounting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or EA certification is strongly preferred
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
• Prior experience in a tax and accounting role is highly desirable
