Senior Financial Analyst - Merchandising

• Lead the development and management of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning
• Deliver variance analysis and insights on actuals versus forecast/budget to inform business decisions
• Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational performance
• Collaborate with department leaders to manage budgets and provide financial guidance
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements for increased accuracy and efficiency

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proficient in advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis techniques
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and transparently
• Experience managing competing priorities in fast‑paced environments
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

• Experience in ecommerce or retail finance
• Familiarity with financial planning software or tools
• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact results in cross‑functional teams
• Ability to navigate and influence within a rapidly changing environment
• Previous experience driving organizational performance through analysis
