• Interpret complex problems and solve them through established procedures (e.g., GAAP) related to revenue recognition, internally developed software and leases; одинаков create recommendations to executive management.
• Ensure compliance with SEC reporting rules through accurate and timely filing of required documents.
• Prepare and review Form 10‑Q, 10‑K and other SEC filings, including financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A.
• Assist in developing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with internal controls related to global accounting policies and new guidance issued by the FASB and SEC.
• Prepare GAAP‑to‑Non‑GAAP reconciliations and related Press Release financials.
• Research and draft position papers on technical accounting issues, remain current on pending guidance and evaluate financial implications.
• Prepare equity‑related calculations and disclosures for inclusion in SEC filings (e.g., share‑based compensation, earnings per share, equity‑related disclosures).
• Ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act by maintaining effective internal controls over financial reporting.
• Continuously improve and streamline reporting processes and controls.
• Provide support for ad‑hoc projects, primarily related to M&A, systems implementations and revenue.

• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting
• CPA designation
• 6+ years relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 or mid‑tier public accounting firm or a publicly traded company
• Excellent analytical, technical, auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules and standards.
