What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the development and management of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning
• Deliver variance analysis and insights on actuals versus forecast/budget to guide business decisions
• Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational performance
• Collaborate with department leaders to manage budgets and provide financial guidance
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements to increase financial accuracy and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and data analysis
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
