Sr Business Analyst

• Conduct in-depth and complex analysis of financial data in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑divisional teams to resolve outstanding financial issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert by presenting and reviewing diverse financial reports
• Contribute to process improvements and initiatives supporting management
• Participate in business process analyses and internal control testing to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree desirable
• 5-8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience
• Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email applications
• Working knowledge of GAAP and SOX
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of healthcare industry
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
