Management Accountant

Remote Permanent Management Accountant required for a leading Technology company Your new company Hays has an exciting new opportunity to work for a leading international technology business specialising in secure identification and data solutions. As they continue to grow, they are a Management Accountant to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the way we use data to drive informed decision-making.

Your new role Publish and develop business reporting to support timely, informed decisions. Own and manage the month-end, year-end, and budget processes. Create and maintain operational KPI reporting packs. Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights. Partner with management and IT to design and integrate reporting systems. Provide finance support for system implementations and audit requirements. Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence.

Produce ad hoc reporting meeting evolving business needs. What you'll need to succeed Essential:
Financial accounting degree and/or ACCA/ACA/CIMA accreditation. Strong systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas). Ability to work under pressure, with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and confidence in decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage at all levels. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Cost accounting experience. Experience supporting external audits.
