** Job Description**## Overview## This position is an Accounting/Finance Executive role focused on supporting daily financial operations and compliance. The responsibilities cover both accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions, alongside broader financial reporting and audit support.##

Your role ##
* Perform accounts receivables function such as issuing of invoices and allocation of receipts.
* Perform accounts payable function making payments and coordinating with shared services team on posting of supplier invoices.
* Perform checks on staff expense claims.
* Perform bank reconciliation.
* Perform month-end closing activities such as preparing journals and balance sheet schedules.
* Assist in timesheet adjustments as required.
* Assist in consolidation of data for GST/SST submission and tax submission.
* Assist in providing information/data for annual audit.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.## About you##
* Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / LCCI Level 3 or its equivalent.
* At least 1-3 years relevant working experience, preferably from MNC.
* Mature, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
* Good work attitude, well organized and highly systematic.
* Attentive to details and strong analytical mind.
* Strong PC skills & familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge in JDE accounting system will be preferred.
