What You’ll Be Doing:- Meeting with families on Zoom to help them understand financial planning & protection
- Working with warm leads from social media, referrals, and online marketing (no cold calling)
- Joining weekly virtual trainings and mentorship sessions
- Building legit, transferable skills: communication, leadership, and financial literacy
- 18+ with a valid SSN or ITIN
- Self-driven, coachable, and goal-focused
- Big on integrity with a people-first mindset
- Performance-based 1099 income ($500–$700 per policy)
- Commissions paid twice a week
- State licensing fully covered after training
