• Facilitates client meetings, client presentations and internal team meetings
• Independently determines methodologies and approach for project
• Lead the development of client deliverables including written documents
• Manage timelines including completion of client deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
• Ensures all work products are technically peer reviewed and submitted for consulting review
• Actively communicates project status updates with internal team (junior and senior members)
• Act as a resource for support staff
• Supports business development activities
• Hybrid work schedule available for local candidates and remote work available for candidates residing outside of the Phoenix area

• 1–3 years of experience in related field, or an internship
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing actuarial, data, financial or health care related analyses and consulting
• Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise and preserve required licenses
• Thorough understanding of health care delivery, with emphasis on Medicaid
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Expertise using Microsoft Office suite
• Presentation skills
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
• Ability to communicate, present findings, and recommendations to other team members in a clear format
• Ability to comprehend, manipulate, and interpret statistical data
• Ability to travel based on client and business needs
• Experience working within a team environment

• Bachelor's degree
