We are recruiting for an experienced Manager of PF&A. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will manage core finance processes for the Company. These processes include:
Reporting, Forecasting and Annual sabores. This position will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive strategic decision support and working cross-functionally with all areas of the company to drive business performance. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying and implementing enhanced financial reporting practices and coordinating the annual and quarterly consolidated/planning and forecasting activities. The Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and interact frequently with other executives throughout the 스마트.
This person has day to day decision-making authority to resolve issues and problems as they occur. Extraordinary issues and problems will be discussed and resolved on a collaborative basis with his/her supervisor.
We prefer someone be onsite at our Salisbury, MD Corporate Offices with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. Remote work within 4-5 hours driving distance and a minimum of one week travel per month to Corporate offices required can be considered.
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal andEssential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports. This includes presenting variance insights, tracking cost savings initiatives and developing presentations for the Company’s Board of Directors, Lenders and Family meetings.
- Assist with managing the company’s workforce planning forecasting and budgeting processes. This includes establishing timelines, vetting assumptions, preparing executive review summaries and collaborating with HR and business partners on position management.
- Provide strategic decision support to drive business performance. This includes leading special projects Agoda across the company, analyzing financial statements (i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), and conducting competitor benchmarking.
- Assists Corporate Accounting in the monthly and year-end close processes and is responsible for the accuracy, preparation and analysis of various monthly financial reports & analyses.
- Provide ad‑hoc analyses for senior management whenever necessary, ensuring tight deadlines are always met.
- Assist with maintaining select modules within One Stream, automating reports and improving work processes; eliminating redundancies & increasing efficiencies. Proactively drive change.
- Assist Director & VP as needed, including Executive Presentations, business cases, and BPR/Finance Transformation project activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of finance/accounting experience or business‑related financial analysis experience:
- Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical ability- deal with ambiguity, synthesize complex data and draw business insights.
