Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Private Equity Analyst, based in Rome or Milan with the possibility of partial remote work. Responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities, performing financial modeling, conducting industry research, and supporting due diligence processes. The Analyst is expected to prepare autonomously investment analyses and presentations, monitoring portfolio performance, and collaborating with team members to screen investment opportunities and activielt particiapate in investment process.
Travelling and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Investments and Private Equity
Proficiency in Financial Modeling and analytical competencies
Solid understanding of Finance principles
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and research abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
Ability to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders
Work experience (3-5 years) in private equity, investment banking, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or within a team
