This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in the North West / Warrington, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Mortgage Advisor will assist clients in navigating mortgage options, including reviewing financial circumstances, identifying suitable mortgage products, and providing expert advice throughout the process. They will also support clients in completing applications, liaисиниң with lenders, and ensure the mortgage journey is efficient and stress‑free.

Building strong relationships with clients & builders and staying updated on market developments are key components of this role. Shift pattern will include every other weekend with days off during the week in lieu.

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
• Organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficiency in analysing financial information and recommending suitable mortgage products Policy name='Strong'
