Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Branch Managers based in Naples, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. Branch Managers will oversee daily branch operations, lead and manage staff, meet sales goals, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, mentoring and training team members, and overseeing loan processes to enhance client experiences.
The role requires consistent collaboration, leadership, and a strong understanding of residential lending practices. This position will lend itself, to most branch managers, as a very lucrative position. It typically comes with a very large sign on bonus for higher producing branch managers.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of residential mortgage lending practices, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills, with an ability to enhance client experiences
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals within the mortgage industry
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to oversee and improve branch performance
- Proficiency in using industry-related tools, systems, and software
- Relevant experience in mortgage lending, sales management, or financial services is preferred
