This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Salt Lake City, UT, with some work from home flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, assessing and underwriting loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, evaluating financial information, and working closely with underwriters to secure loan approval.
Qualifications- Experience as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry
- Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Licensing as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Utah is required
