• Review high‑risk transfers for potential fraudulent activity and accurately decide customer accounts escalated by the Payments Risk team
• Communicate findings and recommendations for remediation to the broader team and leadership
• Monitor dashboards to ensure key metrics are within target
• Collaborate on fraud mitigation strategies with cross‑functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Customer Support
• Provide feedback on rule performance and risk logic to Payments Risk investigations teams

• 3+ years of relevant experience in payments risk, fraud mitigation, or payment rails (ACH/Push Payments/Cards)
• 2+ years of experience in combating internet‑based risk, abuse, or fraud within an e‑commerce or financial services environment
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong curiosity to self‑drive investigations, identify patterns, and determine root causes
• Passion for fighting fraud and commitment to core cultural values such as clear communication and continuous learning

• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
• Familiarity with Git Hub, JIRA, and Google Workspace applications
• Interest in automation techniques
• Understanding of blockchain analytics and fraud trends in the cryptocurrency ecosystem
