Accounting Business Partner Team Lead DACH; f​/m​/d

Hitachi Energy is seeking a skilled and motivated to join our Finance Common Shared Services - Front Office team in the DACH region. This is a leadership role that combines technical accounting expertise with strategic business partnering across multiple countries.

You will be responsible for leading regional teams focused on Accounts Receivable and Credit Management, while also overseeing business partnering activities for Accounts Payable and Travel Expense. As a key interface between internal stakeholders and our Finance Shared Services organization, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Lead cross-country teams in the DACH Front Office organization, with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Accounts Payable and Travel Expense activities
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and foster a business partnering mindset
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, country regulations, and requirements (e.g. e-Invoicing)
• Collaborate closely with our Finance Common Shared Service Center teams to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution
• Drive service quality and internal customer satisfaction
• Support audits and maintain robust internal controls
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to global finance projects
• Ensure team compliance with internal policies and external regulations as a People Manager

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on accounting and team leadership
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus
• Solid accounting expertise and process understanding (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Management)
• Proficient in SAP; familiarity with S/4
  
  HANA is an asset
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
