Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all client deposits and withdrawals on the platform promptly and accurately
  • Ensure transactions are executed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Identify, suggest, and assist in the development and implementation of the deposit and withdrawal processes to enhance efficiency and client experience
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues > related to deposits and withdrawals
  • Provide support for other finance‑related duties or special projects as assigned by Management
  • Provide valuable solutions to stakeholders and teammates when problems arise

Requirements

  • Familiar with local and international payment methods (e.g., TT, online banking, payment gateways)
  • Meticulous and detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Good communication skills to work with clients and teammates
  • English speaking and fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
