Responsibilities
- Manage and process all client deposits and withdrawals on the platform promptly and accurately
- Ensure transactions are executed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Identify, suggest, and assist in the development and implementation of the deposit and withdrawal processes to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues > related to deposits and withdrawals
- Provide support for other finance‑related duties or special projects as assigned by Management Provide valuable solutions to stakeholders and teammates when problems arise

Requirements
- Familiar with local and international payment methods (e.g., TT, online banking, payment gateways)
- Meticulous and detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
- Good communication skills to work with clients and teammates
- English speaking and fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
