The Financial Analyst is responsible for contributing to the financial planning, budgeting, strategic planning and monthly reporting activities at the consolidated level pertaining to the income statement, cash flow and balance sheet. This position is responsible for building and updating the models that will be utilized to forecast the consolidated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow results of the monthly actual and forecast process.

This position will create management level presentations with financial results and supporting analysis. The position will need to provide analytical support and global reporting of the company to the senior leadership team. The position will need to develop, enhance and maintain relationships with all divisional controllers, team members, peers, and the Finance organization overall. The role will also have responsibility for managing ad-hoc analysis that will add value and impact to the overall company.

Also, this role will offer solutions to streamline and automate processes through cross divisional collaboration.

• Contributing to the financial planning, budgeting and monthly reporting activities at the consolidated level pertaining to the income statement, cash flow and balance sheet.
• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile monthly reporting variances, propose solutions, and forecast the BOY Impact.
• Working with operating teams and/or external partners to build and/or enhance existing financial reporting that will be utilized to forecast and analyze financial impacts, while ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.
• Creation of management level presentations evaluating financial performance to include the maintenance of Long-Range Strategic Models that ensure alignment across all financial statements and key business drivers for the next 5-10 years.
• Ad-hoc strategic analysis and financial modeling that will assist with business planning.
• Recommend, coordinate, and drive internal projects and improvements with a heavy involvement in supporting design, creation, and monitoring of financial models through business implementation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA valued but not required.
• 4+ years Accounting or Finance experience in a corporate environment to include GAAP and Consolidated Financial Reporting.
• FP&A experience in a public company valued but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is valued but not required.

Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours. This position is hybrid and will require you to work from the office Monday - Thursday and we work from home on Fridays.
