• Lead and manage all aspects of financial control and reporting.

• Ensure compliance and accuracy across financial operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven senior finance experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing or similar complex environments.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded, and able to hit the ground running.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
