Senior Treasury Analyst

Charles Joy has been retained by a mid‑sized organization to help them find a talented Senior Treasury Analyst. This role offers advancement to Treasury Manager. The position is hybrid, with regular office hours in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area and two days of remote work per week.

• Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, fund transfers, and bank account administration.
• Analyze cash trends, prepare management reports (monthly/quarterly), support audits, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Assist with hedging (currency/interest rate), compliance (FBAR, SOX), internal controls, and evaluating financial risks.
• Support short‑term investments, debt management, and analysis for potential acquisitions/divestitures.
• Enhance treasury processes, implement new systems (TMS), and automate workflows for efficiency.
• Build relationships with internal partners, leadership, and external partners.
• Research and recommend banks and financial partners as needed.
• Other duties as needed and assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Ability to commute regularly to an office in Minneapolis. Local talent strongly preferred.
• Experience with an international company.
• Previous large‑company experience preferred.
• Five or more years in corporate treasury/cash management with progressively greater responsibility.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and online banking portals.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Certified Treasury Professional would be nice to have but is not required.
