As part of this growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Client Service Manager to support one of their senior financial advisers. • Manage client files and ensure smooth administrative workflows
• Liaise directly with clients and advisers to support daily operations
• Prepare SOA documentation in collaboration with paraplanners
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and licensee standards
• Submit and follow up on documentation with product providers
• Handle client queries promptly and professionally
• Assist in the implementation of advice and provide ongoing service support

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a financial planning support role is essential
• Solid understanding of advice processes and client service delivery
• Familiarity with Xplan (preferred, not essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Professional, client‑centric communicator
• Team‑oriented, dependable, and proactive

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super + Bonus (based on experience)
