• Assist clients in eliminating debt, building savings, and growing legacy wealth
• Educate clients on advanced financial strategies such as IULs and tax-free retirement planning
• Collaborate with a team to enhance client experiences and outcomes
• Maintain a current life insurance license and stay updated on industry practices

• Must hold a current life insurance license
• Commitment to learning advanced financial strategies
• Strong desire to educate clients rather than solely sell products
• Coachable attitude and commitment to personal and professional growth
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently

• Previous experience in financial services or insurance sales
• Familiarity with Infinite Banking concepts and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of client relationship management
