Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Ryder System, Inc. invites applications for the Senior Financial Analyst position to provide financial analysis, planning, and data mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). The role directly supports Choice Lease Finance and coordinates with multiple departments to deliver timely financial reports and analyses to leadership.

• Assist with closing books, forecasting end‑of‑year financials, and creating annual plans and budgets.
• Review monthly reports, including actual versus budget variances.
• Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand cause‑and‑effect relationships and identify drivers; perform broad-spectrum analyses requiring data gathering from various sources.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to consolidate and explain financial results and communicate findings to upper management.
• Present close results, operational data, and forecasts in written and verbal formats to senior leadership.
• Derive conclusions and give recommendations to management based on information obtained.
• Participate in miscellaneous projects as required.
• Develop ad‑hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles such as operating margin, EBT, cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, ROE, etc.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, and with excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to present information and ideas clearly and understandably to others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organization levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to operate self‑driven in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Four (4) to six (6) years in Finance, Accounting, or Operations (required).

Salary: $76,000.00 – $90,000.00 (salaried). The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on performance and role type.
