This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Loan Originator based in Lacey, WA, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Loan Originator will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. They will work closely with customers to identify their financing needs, explain available loan options, and foster strong client relationships.
The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to manage underwriting processes and maintain accurate records.
- Experience and knowledge in Loan Origination and Loans
- Understanding of Underwriting processes and practices
- Solid knowledge of Mortgages and Finance
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments
- Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in handling financial documentation and client inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
