This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Tax Preparer, based in Plainfield, CT with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Senior Tax Preparer will handle the preparation of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, applying current tax laws, ensuring compliance, and offering tax-related guidance to clients. The role requires strong analytical skills and accuracy in financial and tax reporting.

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and a strong understanding of personal, corporate, and partnership tax requirements
• Experience working with Financial Statements and the ability to analyze financial data
• In-depth knowledge of Tax Law and principles, with practical application of tax regulations
• Background in Finance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant tax software and spreadsheets
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
