Treasury Specialist

• Prepare, process, and form payment lists विष् for vendor payments and intercompany payments, for fiat and crypto payments;
• Execute payments using online banking software;
• Record and monitor customer receipts, PSP settlements, and crypto inflows, as well as executed payments/transfers
  
  ERVICE in Net Suite;
• Maintain accurate bank and crypto account mappings to Net Suite GL accounts;
• Together with colleagues perform bank reconciliations (fiat and crypto) using Net Suite and Zone Reconcile;
• Monitor cash positions and liquidity across entities and currencies;
• Support month-end close;
• Ensure correct use of approval flows, roles, and controls for treasury-related processes in Net Suite;
• Monitoring of various financial products/services on വര്the market, to maximize UNITY rates/effectiveness in use of liquid funds.
• Work with accounting to ensure proper posting of treasury-related transactions (fees, FX differences, crypto movements);
• Interact with banks, payment providers, and crypto platforms on operational issues;
• Support continuous improvement of Net Suite treasury workflows, including automation and process standardization.

• 3+ years of experience in treasury, payments, or financial operations
  ;
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Net మాట్లాడ Suite in a treasury or payments context;
• Strong understanding of Net Suite processes:
• Bill payments, prepayments
• Customer payments, customer refunds
• Bank and cash accounts
• Intercompany transactions
• Experience working with crypto wallets and digital asset flows

• Experience supporting multiple legal entities and multi-currency environments
  ;
• Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy;
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
