Position OverviewThe Financial Representative plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive financial planning strategies while building long-term client relationships. This position blends comprehensive planning work with meaningful client interaction and business development.
Representatives will gradually build their own book of business, with a clearly defined path toward progression into a Financial Advisor role.
Compensation and Growth Opportunity- Performance-based earnings and revenue 1:
- Average advisor annual earnings of $61K-$119K (based on company average for representatives in the first 3 years)
- Top 25% advisor annual earnings of $137K-$250K (based on company data for top quartile advisors in the first 3 years)
- Additional income structure to support training and early development

- Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items
- Proactively communicate with clients to identify changes in their financial situation and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with planning associates, client service associates, and the Home Office to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Participate in business development efforts and gradually build a personal book of business
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, firm policies, and industry standards

- Licensing required or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe:
- Life and Health insurance
- FINRA Series 6 or Series 7

- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
