- Teach file structuring and coaching to new loan officers.
- Real experience in mortgage lending, including processing.
- Master of Conv, Gov, and Non‑QM.
- Fluent in DU/LP.
- Knowledge of Fannie/Freddie like the back of your hand.
- Winning attitude.
- Leadership and team‑building ability.
- Relentless work ethic.
- Ability to educate like a boss.
