Edward Jones’ compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, disability income continuation, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. These are provided at no cost to financial advisors. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, and flexible spending account. CompensationThe new financial advisor compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered in the first five years. Supplemental Starting Salary Range: $45,000 - $100,000.
