• Provide strategic support for growth initiatives, including assessment, due diligence, and closing processes
• Conduct financial and operational due diligence analysis of acquisition targets
• Build proformas and perform financial modeling, including valuation and cash flow analysis
• Develop high-impact value-add analyses on business drivers and risks
• Prepare materials for meetings and due diligence sessions while supporting ad hoc projects

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience in a healthcare-focused valuation firm or investment banking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and packaging projects with precision
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments

• Direct experience working with Ambulatory Surgery Garr Of Centers is advantageous
• Self‑motivated, action‑oriented individual capable of making decisions in ambiguous situations
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to distill complex problems efficiently
