• Build and maintain actuarial models for pricing, valuation, and financial projections of pet insurance products
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, assess risk, and support strategic decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• Progress towards ASA or ACAS designation, with completion of 1-3 exam requirements
• 0-2 years of actuarial experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Strong technical skills in actuarial software, Microsoft Office (including VBA), and programming languages like R, Python, or SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Internship, associate rotation, or tutoring experience in a relevant field
• Basic understanding of analytical software (such as Tableau) and programming languages
• Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies
