Treasury Analyst Sr - Remote

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for working across the Finance team on the implementation and shared support of daily company cash operations, developing cash forecast and investment strategy, and providing key financial analysis on the consolidated cash flow forecast and investment portfolio. This role leads other members of the Treasury Team and provides guidance to Accounting, Finance, IT, Claims operations, Pharmacy Networks and Government Programs.

The position also creates, develops and implements strong controls and performs complete and accurate complex in‑depth analysis.

• Identify and conduct complex analysis on investment alternatives using market data, broker relationships and corporate liquidity needs and make recommendations to Senior Leadership
• Prepare company cash flow forecast and other analyses, consolidating information from various internal sources, updating for actual results, and performing detailed variance analysis
• Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and related divisions
• Provide guidance and support to Associate and Treasury Analyst; demonstrate professionalism and leadership
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience in a Treasury or related position
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

• Superior oral and written communication and critical thinking skills
• Investment Management experience working with external money managers
• Ability and willingness to provide guidance to junior staff

• MBA, CTP, CPA or CMA
• Ability to adjust to situational and organizational changes and demonstrate strong time management skills
• Ability to gain the respect and trust of the company’s senior management and constituents and work with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated strong analytical, finance, accounting and investment management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access and Power Point

Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000.00 - $ based on experience and skills.
