Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, planning, and data-mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). The candidate will directly support Choice Lease Finance and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver results. The role requires inquisitiveness, collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure leadership receives informative and timely financial reports and analyses.

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

• Assist with closing books, forecasting year-end financials, and creating annual plans and budgets.
• Review month‑end reports including actual versus budget variances.
• Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand cause‑and‑effect relationships and identify drivers. Perform broad spectrum analyses requiring data gathering from various sources.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to consolidate and understand financial results and communicate findings to upper management.
• Present close results, operational data, and forecasts in written and verbal formats to senior leadership.
• Draw conclusions and give recommendations to management based on information obtained.
• Participate in miscellaneous projects as required.
• Develop ad‑hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles such as operating margin, EBT, cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, and ROE.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and possessing excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to present information and ideas clearly and understandably to others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Four to six years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations required.

Minimum Pay Range
: $76,000.00

Maximum Pay Range
: $90,000.00
