As a Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Alliance, you will assist clients in navigating mortgage options, providing guidance to secure the most suitable financial solutions.

Your role will involve analyzing client needs, preparing mortgage proposals, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is a client‑facing role requiring strong communication and consultation skills. This is a remote position offering flexibility and an opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

• Strong sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and lenders.
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry, financial products, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and using mortgage‑related software or tools.
• Self‑motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensure as a mortgage broker in relevant provinces is required.
• Experience in customer service, finance, or a related field is considered an asset.
