Bilingual A/R Collector (Senior Manager, Credit & Collections)

Join Henry Schein Global, a leading health solutions company, as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Collector. This role supports dental and medical practitioners by ensuring accurate reporting, efficient collections, and outstanding customer service.

Location & Work Type

Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario – Hybrid / Remote work arrangement available.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue financial reports and verify all financial transactions.
  • Collect, post, and reconcile customer payments while resolving discrepancies.
  • Review and approve customer credit and monitor potential issues.
  • Maintain filing systems and respond to client and internal inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide data for decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • College‑level coursework in accounting or bookkeeping (CCP program preference).
  • Two to three years of experience in accounting and collections.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Strong analytical, computer, and negotiation skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
