You’ll Contribute

As a Product Analyst, you will support product development, pricing, and product management activities for fixed annuities, indexed annuities, and life insurance products. You will collaborate closely with actuaries, analysts, IT partners, and other stakeholders to perform analysis, validate systems, and ensure product accuracy and competitiveness. This role is well suited for an analytical professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and supporting product innovation in a regulated financial environment.

What

You’ll Do
  • Perform system testing and quality control for new products, product enhancements, and system changes
  • Build, maintain, and enhance regression testing tools to support product accuracy
  • Validate calculations within illustration, administration, and print systems
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support product development and pricing initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between Actuarial and IT teams for system projects, data warehouse management, and issue resolution
  • Manage monthly and ad hoc interest rate updates for annuity and life insurance products
  • Track competitive product rates and features and maintain competitive analysis reports
  • Research and resolve issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Support cross-functional teams and contribute to departmental and company-wide initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous-improvement‑focused work environment
What You’ll Bring Education

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field

Experience

1+ year of experience in an insurance-related field required

Minimum 3 years of actuarial work experience required.

Exposure to annuity and/or life insurance products a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple systems and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning
Physical Requirements
  • Primarily sedentary work involving extended computer use
  • Ability to communicate effectively in meetings and discussions
  • Occasional lifting of light materials (up to 20 lbs.)
