Overview
Are you a FINRA Series 6 or SIE licensed professional looking to leverage your credentials in a rewarding customer service career? Join Securian Financial’s Enterprise Contact Center as a Senior Representative supporting our Annuity business line. This position is intended for licensed professionals seeking to integrate their regulatory expertise with delivering outstanding customer service. We will consider Series 6 or SIE license holders and can support those with their SIE to obtain their Series 6.

- Deliver compassionate, timely and accurate responses from simple to complex annuity inquiries.
- Explain and resolve policy or account issues for customers and channel partners.
- Support both fixed/indexed annuities and variable products.
- Navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Meet or exceed contact center performance metrics while upholding Securian's quality standards.
- Handle 35-50 customer interactions daily across multiple channels.

8:00 AM – 4:45 PM CST. - Ongoing

Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST. - In-Office Requirements:
Event-based for technical issues or moments that matter. - Compensation: $22-$24 hourly. This range accounts for varying positions at this level within the enterprise and allows for growth.
- Active FINRA Series 6 license or SIE license with the ability to sit for the Series 6 exam within 90 days and to obtain the Series 6 License within 6 months of hire.
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated, punctual, dependable and maintains confidentiality.
- Technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems while engaging customers.
- Strong typing and computer literacy; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Meets technical requirements for remote work (bandwidth and system specifications).
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Background servicing annuity or life insurance accounts (new business and/or in-force).
- Interest in career progression to Specialist/SME Support or leadership roles within the Contact Center.

Compensation and BenefitsThe Estimated Base Pay Range For This Job Is $18.27 - $31.73
