Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant Hybrid Ballymena (2 days per week onsite) We are working with a fast-growing, PE backed global technology business that continues to scale following recent success and investment. As part of this growth, they are expanding their finance function and are now seeking a Finance Assistant. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role is central to ensuring the smooth running of core finance processes.

The successful candidate will play a hands-on role across payroll, ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement within a high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid finance experience who enjoys ownership, thrives on accuracy, and wants exposure to an international, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for three entities (UK/NI, Australia, and US) Assist with month-end close Bank reconciliations Maintain the accounts receivable ledger Maintain the purchase ledger Preparing supplier payment runs Respond to customer finance-related queries Who Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in a similar finance role Experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, or similar) High attention to detail with strong organisational skills If you are interested, please get in contact with Diarmuid for more information.
