Flexible - can be agreed Salary: £32,000 - £37,500 Our client are an established company experiencing steady growth, they are seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant to keep the finance function of the business running smoothly. Duties Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Record daily financial transactions and perform bank/ledger reconciliations Manage payroll end-to-end for a small team Prepare financial reports and management summaries Maintain accurate records and support adherence to financial policies and procedures Support the management team with admin and data tasks Requirements Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a hands-on accounts role Payroll experience Proficiency with Xero (or similar accounting software) Fluent in Microsoft Word & Excel;
