Responsibilities- Serve as the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting loan applications, particularly for new loan officers.
- Collaborate with the team to manage pipelines and generate leads.
- Co‑operate with leadership to build and lead a team of loan officers.
- Provide file‑structuring guidance and educate colleagues.
- Experience in consumer mortgage origination, including conventional, government, and Non‑QM products.
- Proficient in DU/LP and familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
- Strong communication and winning attitude with a relentless work ethic.
- Previous experience in a processor or team leadership role is desirable.
Leading mortgage team of 18 officers, building pipelines, snagging leads, and coaching.
