Tax Manager; CPA Firm

Location: Dallas, TX | Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA license (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm
• Required experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations

• Extensive experience with 1040 preparation and review
• Proficiency in Quick Books strongly preferred
• Prior experience mentoring or reviewing work of junior staff
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills

Known for its progressive approach, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of services, including tax and accounting, business consulting, investment management, financial planning, family office support, and retirement planning.

To support continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager with at least five years of public accounting experience and an active CPA license
. This role is responsible for overseeing tax engagements from planning through final review, managing complex individual and business tax returns, providing tax planning and research support, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. The Tax Manager will also review staff work, provide coaching and mentorship, and collaborate closely with firm leadership.
