Senior Advisory Consultant, Treasury

Dallas, TX - Remote options available; hybrid or fully remote work is acceptable.
- Travel:
Up to 20%.
Senior Advisory Consultant, Treasury will advise global companies on their Treasury function, working closely with a team of Treasury experts.
What You’ll Do- Design and select treasury technology, assess bank relationships and services, improve liquidity utilization, develop policies and controls, and recommend process improvements.
- Create executive‑level presentations translating complex issues into clear recommendations.
- Conduct primary research to map processes, identify gaps, and devise innovative solutions.
- Apply statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract insights.
- Build and maintain client relationships through delivery excellence.
- 2+ years of consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury experience.
- Functional understanding of treasury management systems (TMS) such as Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Integrity/Quantum, SAP TRM.
- Knowledge of treasury instruments, financial institution services, and financial products.
- Strong project management experience: workplan creation, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics, and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can convey complex business concepts to stakeholders.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
- Prior client‑facing consulting experience.
- Functional understanding of treasury best practices across bank relationship management, cash and liquidity forecasting, FX, debt capital markets, accounting and reconciliation, and system optimizations.
- Direct experience with treasury transformations, vendor selections, and TMS implementations.

Compensation range: $84,000 – $110,000. Salary placement based on expertise, experience, certifications, education, and industry standards. Eligible for performance‑based bonus program.
