RoleWe are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team in [Insert Region] and leading the growth of the Gridlines business within [Insert Region].
ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Lead the growth and development of the project finance team in [Insert Country].
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
- Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
- Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead in the planning of resources across the team.
- Develop and inspire a market‑leading team.
- Instil a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
- Lead in the growth of the project finance practice in [Insert Country].
- Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

- Sector‑leading expertise in Project Finance.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognised advisory practice.
- In‑depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
- Recent hands‑on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions.
- Degree qualified in a numerate discipline; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial.
- Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable.
