Liverpool City Centre | Hybrid Working We are working with a growing professional services firm that is looking to recruit a Junior Audit Associate to join its Audit team based in Liverpool city centre . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 12 months' audit experience who is looking to continue developing their audit career within a supportive, collaborative environment and gain exposure to a varied client base.

The Role Working closely with senior team members, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with audit fieldwork in line with planning documentation and audit standards Supporting senior colleagues on audit engagements from planning through to completion Communicating with client finance teams to obtain audit evidence Assisting with the preparation of audit files, reports, and client documentation Developing technical knowledge and audit skills through on-the-job learning and formal training Supporting ad-hoc assignments, including other assurance reports where required Skills & Experience Around 12 months' experience working in audit within a UK practice environment Exposure to statutory audits of UK-based companies Studying towards, or intending to study towards, ACA or ACCA Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills Personal Attributes High attention to detail and a methodical approach Proactive and keen to learn Able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working to deadlines Benefits Competitive salary Study support (ACA / ACCA) Flexible working hours (37.5-hour working week) Hybrid working (2 days per week working from home) Bonus holiday schemes Health insurance Salary sacrifice EV car and pension schemes Why Apply?
