Build Mortgage Broker

Basic to £25k plus car or allowance, all IT equipment, OTE £45k - £60k

An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Broker to join a well-known chain estate agents in their New Build department in the Cambridge area. You will receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.

Working from home you will work closely with the experienced sales manager and the dedicated lead generation team, dealing with the 4-6 new enquiries per week, as well as generating own leads from contacting various New Build Sites in the Cambridge area, offering the buyers advice and guidance on Mortgages and Protection business.

You will be required to offer the new client’s advice on Mortgages and Protection business, ensuring that the client refers a first-class service.

You will also be required to spend time with the new build sales people, making sure that the relationship remains strong with the introducer.

Applications will only be considered from fully qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers who possess a good track record of offering Mortgage and Protection advice.
